This policy outlines our rigid commitment to protecting your data, structural designs, artwork, and physical assets.
1. Intellectual Property (IP) & NDA-Level Confidentiality
We pledge to protect your brand assets with strict, NDA-level (Non-Disclosure Agreement) standards.
• Scope of Protection: All graphic design files, brand logos, 3D structural blueprints, custom dimensions, and product descriptions provided by your team are classified as Top-Secret Commercial Confidential Information.
• Access Control: We implement a strict "Least Privilege" internal access management system. Your design files and project details are only accessible to the specific designers and engineers assigned to your project. Unauthorized internal copying, downloading, or sharing is strictly prohibited.
2. OEM/ODM Exclusivity & Anti-Piracy Guarantee
We honor the trust you place in our manufacturing capabilities.
• No Re-Selling: We solemnly guarantee that we will NEVER utilize your custom structural solutions, molds, or tooling configurations for "secondary sales" or produce them as ready-made stock for other buyers.
• Exclusive Ownership: Any structural innovation or custom design that you have funded or co-developed with us remains exclusively yours. We will never pitch or showcase your proprietary display structures to your competitors.
3. Transparent Data Collection & Usage
We collect minimal business information only to ensure seamless order execution.
• What We Collect: Company name, contact person, email address, phone number, shipping/billing addresses, and tax/customs registration numbers.
• Purpose of Use: This data is strictly used for order communication, custom prototyping, mass production, logistics/customs clearance, and after-sales support.
• Third-Party Restriction: We NEVER sell, rent, trade, or share your business data or contact information with third-party marketing agencies, brokers, or other manufacturers.
4. Physical Asset Security & Disposal Flow
Confidentiality at Long-Win Display goes beyond digital files; it extends to our physical factory floor in Yiwu.
• Sample & Prototype Protection: All custom sample displays, color proofs, and pre-production prototypes are kept in secure, restricted-access zones within our facility.
• Secure Destruction Process: Any defective prints, setup waste, excess raw materials bearing your brand logo, or discarded structural mock-ups are systematically destroyed and shredded internally before disposal. This eliminates any risk of brand leakage or unauthorized scavenging.
5. Compliance with Global Standards
As a global supplier helping brands enter premier retailers like Walmart, Costco, Woolworths, and Tesco, we align our data handling with major international privacy frameworks, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
